Sorry! We are unable to change or cancel orders as they're processed and dispatched by our warehouse immediately. If you ordered an item that you wish to return, you can request a refund via our returns page. Please follow the instructions in our Return Policy

Yes! Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email followed by a notification email to inform you that your item has been dispatched. In this email, you will find your tracking number.

Please email info@vehla.com as soon as you realise you have entered the wrong address and our customer service team will assist you.

• We offer store credits only for full priced items if you change your mind. We do not provide refunds, however our store credits are valid for 12 months. 

• You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Please ensure that the item is unused and has all original packaging. 

• Items purchased with a discount code or during a promotional period are not eligible for return.

• Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer and items must be returned to the VEHLA warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

Yes, we ship globally! International orders are sent via DHL Express and arrive within 2-5 business days. Please note that these times are indicative only.

Australia Post provides our delivery service and orders should arrive within 1-3 business days.

If you are in Australia, we can deliver to a PO Box, residential or business address. If you are an international customer, we can only ship to residential or business addresses.

All orders placed before 2pm AEST are dispatched on the same day. If your order is placed after 2pm AEST it will be dispatched the next business day.

Avoid wearing on top of your head to prevent misshaping of frames and stretching of the hinges.

Place your frames lens side up to avoid scratching.

Clean lens with microfibre cleaning cloth. 

Yes you can! Take your VEHLA's to your optometrist who can replace the current lenses with your prescription ones.

Yes! All of our sunglasses undergo mandatory UV testing and comply with Australian standards.

We don’t have any stockists as all of our styles are exclusive to our online store.

We do not do any sales or provide any discount codes.
